Delivery in Kuwait is free and arrives within 24 hours. Outside Kuwait, we hand your order to the courier within one working day; any duties and import taxes are paid on arrival. Shipping

You can return a piece within 1 day of delivery if it’s unused and in its original packaging, as Kuwait’s consumer protection law (39/2014) sets out. Engraved or personalised pieces can’t be returned. Refunds

Every watch carries its maker’s warranty — the length is shown on each watch’s page. Your digital guarantee card is emailed to you when your order ships.

Free on watches marked for engraving: up to 20 characters, in English or Arabic, on the caseback. It adds one working day. Engraved pieces can’t be returned.

Most of our straps are quick-release and come in 18, 20 and 22 mm. Check the lug width on your watch’s page — or ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you what fits.
