Do I need a discount code?

No. Once you're logged in, your tier discount applies automatically at checkout — no codes, no extra steps.

How is my tier determined?

By your lifetime spend at Smiths Boutique. At 270 KD you become Gold, at 375 KD Platinum, and at 625 KD you join the Smiths Club.

Can my tier go down?

Never. Membership is cumulative for life — what you've earned stays yours.

I bought as a guest — does it count?

Create an account with the same email you ordered with and message us — we'll make sure your purchases are counted.

What happened to points?

We retired points in favour of something simpler: a permanent privilege that applies itself — no balances to track, nothing to redeem. If you held a points balance, message us and we'll look after you.
