Within Kuwait

Orders placed within Kuwait are delivered within 24 hours.

International (Outside Kuwait)

For destinations outside Kuwait, your parcel is handed to the courier within one (1) business day from the time of your order. Delivery time after that depends on the courier and destination.

Shipping Charges

For international orders, Smiths Boutique covers the shipping charges on eligible orders (based on order value). Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Engraved or customised pieces may require one additional working day before dispatch.
