This website is operated by Smiths Boutique, a trade name of Narbash and Partners Co. ("Smiths", "we", "us", "our"), based in the State of Kuwait. 1. Online store terms

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). We have made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible; slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices and limit quantities at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, in accordance with the applicable consumer-protection law of the State of Kuwait for jewellery, watches and precious goods. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return.
